Allen Sterling is a proven senior financial management professional with extensive and diverse experience in small, growth-oriented community financial institutions. He has over eighteen years of experience as a chief executive officer with expertise in strategic planning, operations, accounting, business development, lending, and branch administration. 
 

In Allen’s senior advisor role with clients, he has shown his strong ability to take projects from concept to implementation and has demonstrated leadership and management expertise while supporting client needs.  These unique skill sets contribute to the success of Charles River CFO’s Community Bank and Credit Union Practice.  
 

Allen received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Thomas College. In addition, Allen is passionate about serving with several local organizations in his community.
