CARRIE MCGRATH
VICE PRESIDENT OF TALENT ACQUISITION

As our Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Carrie partners with our Business Development and Human Resources teams to provide the firm with top talent and serves as a member of the Management Team. 
 

Carrie has amassed over 25 years of Accounting and Finance placement experience and leadership at Winter, Wyman & Company, where she was a Partner and Manager of the Accounting and Finance practice and then at firstPRO Inc. as well as in Executive Search at ZRG Partners. 
 

Carrie earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Babson College, where she played both Division 3 field hockey and softball.
