CYNTHIA STEVENSON

As Vice President of People, Cynthia is focused on people-first matters that help move the business forward to align with growth and continued success. She is an avid learner who is both strategic and business-focused. She is responsible for solving problems and analyzing issues to build upon the Human Resources structure, Resource Management, and fulfilling client resource needs. As a trusted advisor and business leader, Cynthia brings over 30 years of Human Resources and People Management experience, primarily working in professional services/consulting corporations and across several industry sectors in the greater Boston market.
 

Cynthia earned her M.S. degree from Northeastern University in Human Resources Management and Services and her B.S. degree in Humanities/Social Services from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
