We are excited to announce that Randy Leeder has joined our firm as Director of General Business. Randy has over 25 years of experience as a CFO and has worked in various industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, consumer goods, and fintech.
Randy has a proven track record of optimizing financial operations, significantly reducing the time required for monthly financial statements, and developing exit readiness plans while fostering strong relationships with boards and consultants. He has effectively managed investments and debt restructuring and oversaw business planning, reporting systems, and marketing initiatives. He has a talent for preparing companies for growth and acquisitions, resolving financial issues, streamlining operations, and securing refinancing. His role has been instrumental in facilitating substantial company growth, enhancing efficiency, implementing advanced information systems, and introducing innovative compensation structures and performance metrics.
Randy holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida State University.
