ANN VICKERS
PRESIDENT AND CEO

Ann is the founder and CEO of Charles River CFO, a Wellesley, MA–based fractional and interim CFO services firm. The firm delivers strategic financial leadership along with accounting, finance, and HR support to organizations navigating growth, change, and the increasing impact of artificial intelligence. Ann brings experience working with both venture-backed startups and publicly traded companies, though her passion lies in supporting entrepreneurial businesses. Under her leadership, the firm has been recognized as one of Inc. 500’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America.

 

Prior to founding Charles River CFO in 2003, Ann provided CFO services to life sciences companies, including InfraReDx and Modular Genetics. Earlier in her career, she served as CFO for an Acordia company and for a subsidiary of the Cleveland Clinic. She began her career in the audit divisions of Ernst & Young and Deloitte. Ann holds a B.A. in Accounting and is a licensed CPA.
