KIMBERLY RICKARD 
DIRECTOR OF TALENT ACQUISITION

Kimberly Rickard is Charles River CFO's Director of Talent Acquisition, responsible for recruiting team members to support our growth and providing search services to clients for their hiring needs. In addition, Kimberly will focus on expanding our Interim CFO services.

 

Kimberly is a true generalist with nearly 20 years of experience in the recruiting industry.  Beginning in contingency search, she was responsible for business development and recruiting, focused solely on accounting and finance positions.  She progressed to work in retained search, where she was responsible for recruiting VP and C-level executives across all business functions and multiple industries.  Before joining the Charles River CFO team, Kimberly held positions with some of Atlanta's highly regarded executive search firms.  In addition to her professional experience, Kimberly has her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
