Sally brings 25 years of Human Resources experience working in software/high tech corporations and across a variety of industries and nonprofits for several HR consulting firms, specializing in serving organizations with fewer than 50 employees. Sally is a true generalist who can guide clients along the entire spectrum of the employee lifecycle. She advises clients in multiple functional areas including establishing an HR infrastructure, employee relations, policy definition, and implementation, compliance, benefits administration, compensation administration, new hire orientation, payroll, training, performance management, talent acquisition, and diversity & inclusion.


In addition to her professional experience, Sally earned a M.S. in Human Resources Management from Lesley University and a B.S. in Sociology & Business from Northeastern University.
